刘平均在致辞中表示，当今世界已经进入品牌经济时代，联合国相关部门近期统计，知名品牌在全球品牌总数中不超过3%，但在全球市场的占有率却超过40%，销售额超过50%。国际市场已由价格竞争、质量竞争上升到品牌竞争。全球需要建立科学公正的品牌评价标准体系和发布机制。刘平均说，无人机是现代农业服务的重要工具，中国正在筹备成立农业智能服务品牌集群，同时推动建立国际农业智能服务品牌中心，ECCAC无人机产业国际合作中心的成立，则为建立全球无人机品牌评价发布体系奠定了良好的基础。刘平均提出，希望与会的国内外嘉宾和企业，能够携手，为共同推动制定无人机品牌评价国际标准体系贡献力量。
Mr. Pingjun Liu stated in his speech
that the world has entered the era of brand economy. According to the
recent statistics by relevant departments of the United Nations,
well-known brands account for no more than 3% of the total number of
global brands, but their market share in the global market exceeds 40%
and their sales exceed 50%. The international market has shifted from
price competition and quality competition to brand competition. A
scientific and fair brand uation standard system and release mechanism
need to be established globally. Mr. Pingjun Liu said that drones are an
important tool for modern agricultural services. China is preparing to
establish an agricultural intelligent service brand cluster, while
promoting the establishment of an international agricultural intelligent
service brand center. The establishment of ECCAC UAV Industry
International Cooperation Center has laid a good foundation to establish
a global drone brand uation and release system. Mr. Pingjun Liu
expressed the hope that the domestic and foreign guests and enterprises
present can work together to contribute to the development of an
international standard system for drone brand uation.

to establish with the proposal of the commercial diplomats of Embassies
to China is the openly sharing high-end, innovative and highly

cultural exchange and cooperation. ECCAC has become an important
platform which continue to seek a forward-looking win-win co-operation
and partnership under the framework of "B &R" Initiative which is
critical for economies both of participating countries and China as a
whole.The duty and core value of ECCAC is to establish the direct and
reliable channel of trust and security with the credibility and power of
success to guarantee for both government and private sectors in China
and world-wide. Since its establishment in 2016, ECCAC has established
strategic cooperation with nearly 100 government departments,

US dollars, while the Chinese civilian drone market has exceeded 21
billion US dollars and will maintain rapid growth in the coming
years. As of now, there are approximately 15000 drone companies with a
total output value of 16.4 billion US dollars and 950000 registered
drones. According to reports, by 2050, the value of the global urban air
traffic market will reach 9 trillion US dollars. China predicts that by
2024, the drone cargo market will reach around RMB200 billion, and by
2030, it will reach RMB 3 trillion. At present, China has obtained a
complete drone industry chain, including a full range of products from
consumer drones to industrial drones, and a complete cooperation plan
integrating research and development, design, manufacturing, and flight
